2011 was a busy year and we learned so many things in the following areas:

  • How to take 100% responsibility of your work
  • Power of clear and timely communication
  • Importance of great customer services
  • Delivery of quality services with speed
  • Good relationship is more important than money

Our goals at AMS to make the 2012 our best year ever are:

Focus >  Simplify  > Growth

Focus

Focus is a power and a must have component to master any trade.

This is why we have simplified our products and will be fully focused on the following products to ensure the quality delivery of our services to you.

Simplify

Clutter or complex processes are the enemy of success.

It is really hard to do any complex task on a longer period, even though you really love your work. It get’s really hard for you to perform that task on a daily basis unless you keep making that task easier and easier on a daily basis.

How can you simplify a difficult task and perform it easily?

The answer is practice, practice and some more practice……….

My goal now for 2012 is to finish the book, publish it and do everything it takes to market and promote it like crazy. The name – “The Gamer Generation: Reaping the Benefits of Video Games”.

    My three focus words for 2012 for my professional and personal lives are Grow. Connect. Enjoy. I have them on my monitor so I remember to have everything I do be in relation to at least one of the words.

    Some people call them New Year resolutions, but I like to call them targets, or goals I wish to achieve. Like your three goals, I also came up with priorities I will work on this year:
    1. Work on my blog to publish more consistently, with focused topics in my field of expertise: tourism industry, marketing and social media;
    2. Seek more speaking opportunities & attend seminars to improve networking reach (there is only so much one can do online);
    3. Start working on a book project, seeking to publish by year’s end.

    Time to go write that next blog post… ;-)

    My goals are around taking the business I have and increasing its profit. The potential is there – my products, portfolio and pipeline are healthier than my fees. Need to do something about that!
